We do not refund perishable items. We will refund returned unopened non-perishable items for up to three (3) day with a proof of purchase after delivery.
We will deliver your order or make it available for Click & Collect on the date and time you choose at checkout.

Shop online using our Click & Collect service. You can pick-up your orders from our IGA Carnegie store 7 days a week. Your order will be packed, and ready for you to collect. Check the timetable below for Click & Collect time slots.

We offer ZERO dollar Delivery Fee for all purchases over $50.00 to Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Malvern East, Caulfield East, Glenaire and Glen Huntly.

Standard delivery fee for this zone is $10.00 on the orders $50.00 and below.
